Lifestyle choices can have an impact on our risk of developing things such as heart disease, stroke and even cancer. Creating healthy habits can not only reduce our risk of developing such diseases but can also help us to live longer and age more slowly.

The Program


The programme consists of six sessions, usually two weeks apart (with email updates in between), where we meet either face to face, on video call or on the telephone.

Together we can create a bespoke Wellness Programme tailored to your individual needs. You tell me what you want to change or improve and I will listen. During the series of regular meetings I will inspire, motivate and support you in creating new, healthy habits to improve your health and wellbeing. I will be with you every step of the way as you journey towards a new you, tweaking the plan as necessary to enable you to get the results you want. With your commitment and my support we can work together, achieving your goals so that instead of simply existing, you are really thriving.
